ASIAN GARDEN FITNESS & YOGA STUDIO Summer/early Fall Class Schedule 2008 Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 ~ 9:00 AM Hatha Yoga class: a more gentle, relaxed class suitable for any age or level. Monday/Wednesday 5:30 ~ 6:30 PM Hatha Yoga class: a physically aggressive class for those with a good fitness level regardless of their flexibility. Great for athletes with strong but tight muscles. Saturday 7:30 ~ 8:30 AM Vinyasa Yoga class: a more physically aggressive class for those with knowledge of basic yoga poses. Class gets into a yoga flow utilizing the breath to move from pose to pose without holding any pose.
